今回、新たな試みとして両国児童の版画展が企画され、ポーランド側の強い支援も得て、国際展と同時期に「児童版画交流展２０１０・ポーランドと日 本」の開催が実現しました。
私たちは本企画が版画芸術の社会的な理解を広めるとともに美術教育への豊かな可能性を探り、また作家のみならず児童も加わった トータルな国際親善の良き機会になることを願っています。
This year the Committee has embarked on a new venture: a concurrent exhibition of print works made by children in both countries. It is our hope that this project will provide a good opportunity for fully realizing international friendship, encompassing children to master artists, thus broadening the general appreciation of prints, and probing untapped possibilities for art education.
